We are getting ready to share out test results and noticed that the
confidence level % in Target is different than an Excel calculator that
was downloaded from Adobe. Can anyone help me understand why those two
calculations are different considering they are both calculated by
Adobe? Excel version calculated confidence at 87% while Target
calculates confidence at 57%. Thanks in advance! And target shows the
confidence at 57.03?
Which type of test are you running? If its recommendations then check if
algorithm has run and shows status "Results Ready".Also, if you are
testing multiple tests at same time with different QA urls. Add this
exit parameter (&at_preview_token=) to your url and then try accessing
your QA link again.
