The instructions I followed had the key generated in Adobe Experience Manager:Integration with Adobe Target using Adobe I/O | Adobe Experience Manager When viewing the certificate in console.adobe.io, the expiration shows 2031. You have SSO setup in your environment that you can get to crx/de and package manager? My issue is that we can't have users in the system that circumvent SAML or CASB. Since CASB is not working, SAML or even SSO are the best practices options we have.

I located the problem. The everyone group granted /content/experience-fragments for jcr:read with no restrictions so it gave read only access to everything. I added rep:glob="" and now my permissions are tenant specific.

There could be a Chrome Flash plugin that could be causing this issue. Try disabling/removing that plugin, and verify whether the issue still exists for you in Google Chrome. Even in Incognito Window, it could be possible that you may have that Flash plugin work.
