take a look here, I am more personally interested in retargeting or
suppression with ECID first party data. Not sure if thats possible
Hi Shweta, I did run this by the customercare and they mentioned that
this was due to the fact that cdf logs events and the UI doesn't. UI
only takes only the user level info, which means it dedupes all the
event times. Is this the case?
Hello @TimeIndicator1 Profile Merge Rules are considered whenever we
talk about segments. Seeing a low overlap is generally due to less
number of common UUIDs but it would need further investigation. You have
mentioned that in the AdServer you are seeing good amount of
data/overlap however in AAM the story tells otherwise, so it would be
great if we can connect via Support Channel so that we can investigate
this data on both sides.
Hello @TimeIndicator1 , I think it would be great if we can connect via
support channel so that trait/segment can be investigated in detail. I
request you to please connect with us via amsupport@adobe.com or
clientcare@adobe.com and we will work on this one towards resolution.
Hi @TimeIndicator1 , Customer total audience refers to "A count of
devices that have realized either a rule-based trait on your properties
or an onboarded trait from your offline files during the look-back
window." If we are seeing decrease in that count,it could be due to the
decrease in population of rule based or onboarded trait.I would
recommend to validate the trait population associated with the mapped
segment to the destination. More information is given in below
link:https://docs.adobe.c...
Hello, I'm not aware of any issue in AAM at this time that would cause a
drop in audience size. If you're still seeing this issue, I would
recommend opening a ticket with AAM support to investigate this.
