Thanks, Eric. We use Form exclusively so that's perfect. You say 5 activities, I assume you are inferring 5 mboxes? This is great news. I will have to go back to our Tech group and try to test this again.

Eric, yes, those sliders are set correctly. It's a documented 'feature' that with multiple audiences, you have to meet audience criteria regardless of the sliders.

Leveraging getOffers with regional mboxes

I'm curious if anyone has had success trying to leverage the new getOffers function to call all regional mboxes on a page with a single call/response? We got it working, but our Tech group reported that the performance was actually way worse than sending the separate individual calls. That doesn't seem to make sense. Anyone doing this?

@DavidSonPMAny plans to enhance data available in API? We previously looked at it for a reporting dashboard (detail what is currently running and where) and found that it didn't seem to have access to all the information we would want to have.

@mikewebguy I'm curious about this too. Are you saying mobile phones are not inclusive of the 'mobile device' setting? I assumed mobile device included phones and tablets. Based on your response, it sounds like you were saying to get phones and tablets you would have to use IS mobile device + mobile phone?

I'm curious if anyone has any tips on ways to speed up the onboarding process? Ours seem to take a full 2+ days to realize in the UI. We're currently using FTP and planning to move to the S3 but I don't expect that to make much difference. We're currently splitting up files based on the documented file size recommendation. Anything else? Thanks.

Being able to search only on Activity name or URL is limiting. It would be helpful to have other search field dropdowns. Searching on things like audiences would be very helpful in finding everyplace where a particular audience is being used.

Include NOT operator and Code View in rules-based audiences

When writing more complicated rules-based audiences it would be helpful to have a NOT or ANDNOT operator to be used. Additionally, providing an editable code view (similar to how Audience Manager allows) could allow alternate ways to write logic beyond the UI.

We are also looking at something similar. Have you looked in the the new getOffer(s) function in at.js2.x? It's possible to deliver multiple regional mboxes in one call. However, our initial tests show a significant performance impact when compared to 1.x. Not sure the cause of the performance impact.

Agree. There are examples out there on doing this with profile script based on mbox name but that's not really relevant because frequency capping is usually done based on the content or offer not the mbox.
