Diferent results of Contains vs Does not Contain Darren_Bowers - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi All - found something weird that we couldn't explain the other day. Testing out a simple query using Contains and the opposite Does not Contain gives different results.As you can see below, the full data set is 42,356 records. A query of lowercase(first name) that contains the text string "deceased" returns 7 records (this is correct). However, if we apply the query in the opposite fashion it returns 40,053 records. How are some able to post detailed comments with images? Darren_Bowers - Experience Cloud Community Feedback
I see that some people in the community can reply in comments with images and better formatting, but whenever I try to leave Comments all I get is a simple one-line text box. e.g. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/empty-list/qaq-p/383554/comment-id/7035 How are we able to leave formatted comments with images?

Thanks @cragthonis. I have been talking to support about this as well and you are correct. Its a shame as we would have likeded the ability to easily develop some additional functionality to enrich and re-route messages but we will probabaly use the resources to create a microsite internally to do this if we decide to use MC for transactional messaging. Thanks @_Manoj_Kumar - I was hoping for some concrete examples before I reach out to Adobe Consulting. I agree that enrichment at the source is probabaly the ideal approach, but we want the option of enriching further if we need to. I have access to the "broker layer" approach as well but the Custom routing and enrichment JS options look like the simplest way of implementing this... provided anyone actually knows how to do it. Hi @szymons55769873 - the Batch Size refers to how many records are processed/committed at the same time in each database call. The default (max) is 10,000 after which it will just iterate to the remainder and then process them as a separate batch call in the activity.Changing the value can increase or decrease the performance of the database for some operations under certain circumstances

Hi @Ramaswami1. Yes SMS channel will be chargeable. The cost depends on your service provider and the plan you have with them. Most will charge depending on how many SMS you send per day/week/month and give discounts per SMS for more sends. Also be aware that Campaign Classic always requests a "Read Receipt" from your service provider so it can tell if the message has been delivered on the handset. Hello Prasanna, What Milan has said is correct. Most of the times this issue happens when there is a connection issue with the tracking server.So you can check the audit tab of the delivery to see where the failure happens and alternately turn off tracking for this delivery and see if it succeeds. In Recepient you can use action > mass update and add field timezone and select EST as value .. Update all will update the timezone at user level For Server level timezone change you will have to insure below stuff if hybrid model .. I Found the issue. IMS credentials were changed by someone in Adobe Experience cloud external account. We were able to trace it using web logs which was 'Error during IMS authentication:Client credentials are not correct'

The continuous delivery uses the same delivery instance on every execution, so the logs are appended into every time it is run. It will continue to use the same logs until a change is detected in the template which will then trigger a new delivery instance. Hi @pradeep_07 - It depends on whether your Analytics connectors for your different domains will point to different reporting suites or not. If they are the same reporting suite then you should be able to use the same connector but change the enrichment formula to add in some attributes from the schema you are using in the workflow, to distinguish the different domain somehow. I have definitely ran into the same restrictions as you doing individual REST calls from the temporary workflow schema, which is why for transactions like yours we have opted to batch these using S3 buckets and process them externally. If you use something like AWS Lambda + S3 this shouldnt be too difficult to do in real time.

Hi Navin - this sounds like your corporate VPN is set up for split tunneling. Basically it means that any traffic that belongs to your organisation will be tunnelled down the VPN and any non-work traffic goes out to the normal internet via your router.
