@pchard, no a new sessionId doesn't always return a random experience.
The 'stickiness' of an experience depends on the tntId being persistent.
A sessionId typically expires after 30 minutes, in which a new sessionId
should be created. Documentation here!

window > login to the web portal copy the URL from the tab you have
just logged into i.e www.myaccount.com  In the same incognito browser
session open a new tab and load Adobe Target > VEC Paste URL from #2
and see if the www.myaccount.com loads within the Visual ComposerHope
