Hi Shane @snielson,I have a similar problem. My onboarded traits are populating under cross-device, however, they are not populating when added to a segment. -Melissa

Hi @shilpanic1 , Yes,it is very much possible that the lag which you are seeing could be the time, when the segment qualification is written to mapped cookie destination. Regards,Shweta

Hi @maxmeyer3141 Could you please share the full DELETE URL here?Do you by chance also have access to a client ID / client secret to use the Oauth2 method? I'm curious if this is specific to the JWT tokens. Thanks,Shane

@snielson: Thanks for your response. I understand the 'stuff' response object you have explained above but I think you didn't quite get my question. I'm actually asking about a specific DCS API call which is:https://.demdex.net/event?d_stuff=1d_dst=1&d_rtbd=json&d_cb=json[callback-function] This is the API call described in the video here: https://helpx.adobe.com/audience-manager/how-to/apply-aam-with-custom-site-side-use-tool.htmlI'm assuming that the d_stuff=1 parameter in the API call enables...

Hi @gauravd85673172, Depends on the type of profile merge rule you're looking to implement. If you are looking to qualify customer IDs alongside device IDs into segments, you'll want to make sure the ID sync is in place to stitch those customer IDs and device IDs together.I would recommend looking into our documentation for the Experience Cloud Identity Service, or also known as the Visitor ID service for our "setCustomerIDs" method.https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/id-service/using/id-serv...

Hi Talan, Please look into our documentation for Audience Labs. Using Audience Labs, you can set aside a segment control group while testing the efficiency of the segment and test groups with different destinations.https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/audience-manager/user-guide/features/audience-lab/audience-lab.html Regards,Shane

Hi @keerthivasanj96, I would suggest opening a support ticket with the AAM team (amsupport@adobe.com). I just tried this as well on my end, and did not get any segments to return. We may need to look into what the visitor visitor API calls are request/returning. Regards,Shane

HI Michael, If you are unsure of the values for the device you have. Then you can open this URL in your device's browser and get the exact values to be used in d_ platform variables: https://.demdex.net/event?d_rtbd=json&d_full=1 Replace AAM-subdomain with your company's subdomain. Thanks,Varun Kalra

@MA1985v1 interesting.. this should work, and just tested again to confirm... Does it seem to work when using another browser or sending the request via cURL or with another utility, such as Postman? As a side note d_dpid and d_dpuuid are deprecated (still work technically), but I would suggest using d_cid=DatasourceID%01CRMID.

@keerthivasanj96, the auth state 0 will kick off an ID sync so the UUID (device profile) is stored in the CRM (cross-device profile) to stitch the device and CRM together. When using auth 0 we'll also read traits from the CRM profile, much like "last auth" and will not write traits back to the profile. These IDs can be used to export out device or CRM IDs from the data source with integration code "hm_id".

Is the device tied to a authenticated profile which contains the segment by chance? If not, I would also try a private / incognito browser, just to verify this device is seen as totally new.

Hello, Pixels for emails are usually implemented by putting the img script tag into the body of the email. This pixel will need to contain your AAM subdomain, as well as any key-value pairs you'd like to send into AAM to track the emails. For example the impression could look like this: https://subdomain.demdex.net/event?d_event=imp&c_source=email&c_key1=value1While the click would require a URL encoded redirect key (d_rd): https://subdomain.demdex.net/event?d_event=click&c_source=email&c_key2=va...

Hello, I'm not aware of any issue in AAM at this time that would cause a drop in audience size. If you're still seeing this issue, I would recommend opening a ticket with AAM support to investigate this. Regards,Shane

Hi Sai, Typically 2nd party data would be sent into AAM on one of your first party data sources, which can then be used for the models. Are you getting 2nd party data into AAM with another method? If so, could you share how the data is coming in, and what data source is used. Regards,Shane

Hi Vijay, This is a known issue with the API and general / trend reports within AAM. This is a result of the PMR update that went live last October, which introduced the cross-device trait view. This should be resolved in a future release.AAM support can run a query to pull these cross-device reports for the time being. Regards,Shane

Hi Vijay, There is no report currently available from the UI at this time. However, I would suggest opening a ticket with AAM support, and a report can be exported out from internal logging. Regards,Shane

Hi Glenn, If you have a signal coming into AAM with this data, it should be possible using less than / greater than operations in a trait.https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/audience-manager/user-guide/features/traits/trait-builder/trait-comparison-operators.html I would look into the data your sending AAM, and if possible capture the current time in 24 hour format, and send in on a specific evar or prop. For example evar55 (random number) could contain all the value of the 24 hour times: 1100...
