Re: Grand access to only one project in Workspace - Adobe Analytics 14-07-2022
It is possible but with a lot of overheads as Jennifer points out. Basically you would first need to create a new product profile in admin console, supplying access to only the RS, metrics and dimensions used in the particular project. You would want to provision access to Workspace under tools. Next give that user access to that profile (or even better - create a user group for the partner and put the user into that user group, assigning access to the group to the profile). Next you will want t...

Re: Noticing same evar showing up on 2 different segment
SCB
- Adobe Analytics 02-06-2022
Clearly a human error. I realized when I was testing, I had both evar applied on the same segment. For some reason, when I removed it, the save didn't capture it. I had to go back and remove the evar and save it again.

Re: Creating a segment with over 300 different URLs - Adobe Analytics 31-05-2022
Use classifications to give each URL the same category value. Then create a segment equal to that category value.

Re: Measure Workspace reports usage - Adobe Analytics 04-05-2022
I should add - appreciate your post was an idea and it has long been rumoured that Adobe were working on an Analytics4Analytics solution to achieve the above within the UI.

Take a look at this tool: https://datacroft.de/en/component-manager/(Disclaimer: I have no stake in the tool nor company.)

Re: Can we use calculated metrics in adobe data warehouse? - Adobe Analytics 21-03-2022
Hey @aagk123 Hope you are doing well!Sadly, No. Calculated metrics won't appear in Data Warehouse reporting wizard and as well as in data feeds. Kindly take a look at the below reference links:Similar community threads: Link1, Link2Documentation Link Best,Kishore

Re: Where and how to see how many license are left out in adobe analytics? - Adobe Analytics 21-03-2022
I don't believe there is a limit and as such there is no balance limit to view. There are performance guidance limits:If you are administering Adobe Experience Cloud products on the Admin Console, note the following limits for best performance:A maximum of 8,000 profiles in an organization.A maximum of 4,000 product profiles assigned to a user. A maximum of 100,000 users delegated to a product profile.

Re: Adobe to Excel - Adobe Analytics 04-05-2021
+1 to leveraging the API - it will give you a lot finer-grained control to your data pulls and it will break you away from Excel's performance limitations if you're consuming large amounts of data. One potential barrier would be if you're unfamiliar with APIs and programming for data pulls/processing. The second option, if you absolutely must use Excel is to use Power Query + the API above. It still requires the same level of programming though. Another method, mentioned by @WayneV is to structu...
