  • Your web implementation is not JSON right now.... it's a string. The data layer is JSON, and your script is putting data into an array, then flattening that array into a string.

  • It should!    And since you have that, matching the format and values is all the more important. Differences could cause the regex to not work... it was probably those [ and { that were causing issues if your developers already started sending data in the JSON format causing issues.

  • Yes, though you might want to add a note to replace null value with "[na]" to match your web implementation.   Also, as per your screenshots, you are not yet segregating your web data... unless you are using classifications, in which case, the same classification logic will apply.

  • Yes, your developers are trying to send it as JSON... they have to convert it into a single string value. No [ or { or ] or } unless they are part of the literal text...   Like in your example, your "NA" we actually showing as "[na]", in that case, to match what you have from your website, you will ...

  • The 255 character limit is affecting your web traffic right now... eVars can only hold 255 characters... anything above that is truncated. The Database field on the Adobe server will not hold more than that.   Even if you are sending all the data to Adobe with Launch, I can absolutely guarantee that...

  • You won't need that initial "notification: "   Basically, the string value that you see being sent from your website in eVar27, you need to match that format exactly; if you want the data to come into your suite and be available the same way.   I am not sure how you currently test your analytics, bu...

  • Flow reports are a little strange.. they basically use their own metric called "Path View" that you cannot access outside of the flow diagram.   When I use my home page in my data, and pull that into the "Starts With" column in the flow config (making sure I use Visits and not Visitor scope on the F...

  • I used to have that issue with the old report builder sometimes too...   Generally, I don't worry about formatting the "raw" data our Report Builder... rather, I usually keep the "raw data" (i.e. the sheets that are generated by Report Builder) as hidden sheets, then I create my "clean" sheets... th...

  • Interesting... while this may sound basic, can you confirm that the time on your computer is set correctly? I've seen other sites have issues with logins due to an incorrectly set system time.   If that doesn't work, can you try another browser? Maybe there is a problem with an extension on your nor...

  • This is usually connected to the Analytics Valid Login Range:   https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/ka-20631   If this has already been done, possibly try logging out completely, then try logging in again? The valid dates might be included in the authentication...
