Hi @mayank_singh - there are lots of vendors now for creating PDFs, but to do it in real time you would need a PDF service available to your Campaign server that you can call via command line, API or even watched folders like Adobe Acrobat Distiller. So for one example, you could create a watched folder in Acrobat Distiller (can be a network folder) that when you drop a Word document into, it will convert that file to PDF and apply whatever security settings you want, based on the watched folder ...

Hello Everyone, I want to send dynamic data to customers in a word(docx) as an attachment file which later converts itself into PDF, in an email delivery through Adobe Campaign Classic. But as the email is received and I check the file the rest of the content in the file comes as blocks. The word file attached has Thai language in it and the dynamic data are numbers. This is working fine when the content is in English. How can we resolve the same in Adobe Campaign Classic. ThanksMayank

Hi @mayank_singh I am assuming that the URL shortening is handled by SMS vendor unless there is any custom implementation done as Adobe Campaign does not have inbuilt URL shortening function. Talking about web app link. Every web app link with Preloading have below format: ?id=<%= escapeUrl(cryptString(recipient.id)) %> Generally, all SMS vendors detect the link using https and short the complete URL.
