Do you have an OSGI bundle that has the servlet for your form defined? Or are you using the OOB CQ form?If you are using the OOB CQ form, what action are you trying to do?If you have an OSGI bundle for the Servlet logic, go to http://localhost:4502/system/console and view the bundles associated with your CQ instance listed there.Find your OSGI bundle in the list and see if it is running (running bundles will have a 'stop' button beside them). If it is not running, try force starting it. If that ...

Are you aware of technologies like mod_proxy that help pull content from different web servers?I would recommend the following:Have a dispatcher in front of your publish instanceUse mod_proxy to pull the HTMLs from your dispatcher to your Dot Net AppI think there is nothing else that needs to be done to your CQ instance to achieve this.Other way as others have suggested is to use the REST calls from your app to the your JCR.

Have you ever thought of using the campaign manager to do this?Create the item you want to show to a specific user group by using segmentation and using teaser component on the target pages to show/hide the campaign banner if the user falls under a specific group?Let me give you a brief on how it works:1. You create a campaign using the '/libs/mcm/content/admin.html' console2. Create Teasers (this has the actual content you want to show to a specific user group - could be an advertisement banner...

Please test the log out functionlity in your publish instance. If it works there, then you are good. End of the day, it is the publish instance that is going to face the users.Reasons:1) Author instance's security configurations are such a way that anonymous users don't have access even to /content2) But this is not the case in your publish instance. By default anonymous users have read access to all nodes under /etc and /contentThis set up is to protect your author instance from access to anyon...

Hello Ankit, map.put("path", "/content/"); map.put("type", "cq:Page"); map.put("property", "jcr:content/<>"); map.put("property.value", "public"); map.put("orderby", "@jcr:content/jcr:lastReplicated");The above should work.Thanks,Anwar

Query Builder is the way to go about this considering the complexity of your use caseCreate an Util class (Say SearchUtil.java) and place the below static method in it:public static Iterator searchForPages(Session session, QueryBuilder builder) { if (builder == null) { throw new RuntimeException("No queryBuilder service attached to SearchQuery" ); } else { log.info("Way to go..."); } Map map = new HashMap(); map.put("path", "/content/"); map.put("type", "cq:Page"); map.put("property", "jcr:conte...

If CQ_Analytics is underfined, it could be only due to missing cq:include of clientcontextBut I see that it is being included in the body.jsp. I hope it is the first line just after your tag and your cloud services include is the last line before tag of your page component. Please throw some light on what is returned undefined. Is it the CQ_Analytics or something else?If nothing works out, I would recommend that you re-install your author instance afresh or package '/libs/cq/personalization/com...

Agree with SHAM. The CQ support document does not say that it supports Chrome to full effect.

Re: Change default DAM folder for content finder for one template

You may have to extend the content finder component (Move the component from /libs to /apps in the same structure ). Use the currentPage.getPath() to build the path for the DAM assets to be displayed. CQ engine by default looks for the component first in /apps before looking into /libs folder, thereby using your custom componentPlease reach out to me for more queries

Can you try enabling the access to the root directory '/' and then try removing the access to the folders that you don't want listed. Access to CRX root is necessary for CRXDE to list the tmp folder. Please reach out to me for any other queries

Step 1: Go to users console (You can go from the Welcome screen)Step 2: Double click on the user groupStep 3: CQ Folders are displayed at the right sideStep 4: Check access option for each of the folders. If you uncheck Read permission of a folder, it becomes invisible in CRXDE for that particular user group. Hope this answers your question !!! It is pretty straightforward
