I had to disable "Save toner" and "Greyscale" options before getting it to work. Hope this helps.

Re: How to check if a form has been signed - Adobe LiveCycle 28-08-2021
This is old but to put this out in the ether because I was looking for a solution and found the answer after testing. To save time and not to have invisible fields. The signature box will return a value of <> so you can just check to see the the signature form returns this value when you check it. If not it's not signed. Well it has worked for me so far fine.

Re: Apply policy with a policy created by another user - Adobe LiveCycle 03-04-2012
RodrigoIf you are using the "My Policies" feature, and If the user created the policy in "My Policies" then only that user (policy creator) can apply the policy to a document. These are considered "personal" policies. You need to create a Policy Set, and then policies with in the policy set. Any user that is set as a "Document Publisher" within the policy set will have access to the policies stored in the set and can apply any of the policies to a document.SegardsSteve

Re: Is there a way to embed an unencrypted "replacement document" for non IRM-aware clients? - Adobe LiveCycle 23-03-2012
It is probably not exactly what you want, but I think you could have an unencrypted PDF that anyone could view, with the encrypted PDF attached to it. You can not achieve what you want with a single PDF file.RegardsSteve
