Re: Unable to install SDK Navigator at the developer portal - Adobe LiveCycle 09-02-2012
Win 7, tried it in Firefox and Chrome. Firefox Live HTTP Headers did not show anything.A little googling though revealed this link that works https://cocomo.acrobat.com/download/SDKApp.airSimply nothing happens when I click on download at the dev portal. The payload downloads fine.I gave up trying and that link worked for me so I am not pursuing this issue. You may want to try it as well.

Hello,When I click on SDK Download, and select the recommended SDK Navigator nothing happens. I can download the SDK contents zip fortunately but I liked the navigator. The SDK Navigator is essential because it has the Room Console.

Re: LCCS , no longer a going concern? - Adobe LiveCycle 06-02-2012
Hi Jeff,Thanks for working on this.If all else fails, please make sure to release the source code for the LCCS server which as I understand is an extension to FMS so we can host it ourselves. There is simply no alternative these days to such a service online. And lets be honest HTML5 is still a few years away.Cheers

Re: LCCS , no longer a going concern? - Adobe LiveCycle 30-12-2011
Hello,Can you clarify this please , first it was stated that"We will continue to support the existing paying customers that are already using LCCS. However, we can confirm that at this point we are not accepting new enterprise customers.", then later it is mentioned that"Like Raff said we have not made any changes with respect to accepting paid memberships. "So, can I become a paying customer? Also, how long will the review take mentioned by Jeff. It has been a few weeks now since it was started...

Adobe LCCS vs Google Hangouts - Adobe LiveCycle 19-12-2011
Hello,Finished building an LCCS app, but now I noticed the new Google Hangouts API. Does anyone see it as a possible competitor? I am slightly concerned that soon Hangouts will be a contender, especially that they dont charge for the bandwidth it seems.

Re: how will the recent announcements by adobe (flex to apache, layoffs) affect LCCS? - Adobe LiveCycle 18-11-2011
Just found this:http://www.canada.com/business/Adobe+layoffs+show+foreign+takeovers+both+ways/5732810/story.htmlAll but ignored in the big shift, the Ottawa LiveCycle product line was simply collateral damage. It is a $200-million slower-growth line that was a distraction to a company trying to preserve a $4 billion-a-year business.Adobe said it will curtail marketing and future development of LiveCycle, which helps insurance companies, banks and government agencies develop business forms and co...
