Workspace "drafts" displaying as XML - Adobe LiveCycle 26-08-2013
I was able to add the functionality to allow my eApp form to be saved to the "drafts" folder within workspace. However, when I go to open the task again under the "drafts" folder, the xdp xml is displayed. I am expecting it to be displayed as a form. For this scenerio, I am using a document variable as the input. When I use the exact same form as an application asset stored within livecycle the save and drafts functionality works as I expect it. The reason I am not using a fixed application asse...

Background work:1. I have a separate process that generates a pdf document to be used by a team member. These files is saved to a network drive. This form displays the "save" and "complete" buttons. Fill in the info and select "complete".3. This starts the process to assign a task to the team member. It goes out to the network drive and gets th...

Re: Assembler failing after form saved using ES3 designer(original works saved using ES2) - Adobe LiveCycle 10-06-2013
Could you provide an example on how to do this using the "set value"service? Could you also provide an example how to do this using theexecute script functionality. Assume the pdf file was converted into a xdpdocument named "BaseDoc".Thanks;Jeremy

Re: Assembler failing after form saved using ES3 designer(original works saved using ES2) - Adobe LiveCycle 03-06-2013
Here are the files I used. Also the DDX and document map that were passedinto the assembler. In the forms folder, the file named "nbaBaseDoc" isthe file in ES2 Designer format. This is the one that works. The filethat is named "JeremyBaseDoc" is the exact file, but saved in ES3 Designer. I included the ddx and document map for both a successful and failureattempt. I also included the error message that is generated in the failfolder. Thanks;Jeremy
