Hi, Any recommendation/suggestion on how we can use customer Data Feed file data that we receive from AAM to our internal Data Lake. Need to understand how we can use those data to analyze/import any existing campaign or use those data to analyze and launch new campaign.

Hi, Is it possible to use Customer Attribute/People for unauthenticated website? Trying to upload offline data into Customer Attribute and planning to use that in Adobe Target. Also, can i use Experience cloud ID/Eloqua ID as CRM ID to upload into Customer Attribute to target the users.

@Christophe_Joss Thanks for the response. Does it mean, even if the user never going to Authenticated profile/website still we can target in anonymous website? Apologize, if i'm repeating the same question. As per my understanding, in order to target the content in the anonymous page/website atleast once user should have logged in once in the website. In other words, first time we can't target the user in the anonymous page and once user logged in and from next time we can target the content in ...

Recency setup works by user or instances/occurrences basis?

Hi, If we set the recency setup as 3 based on analytics trait key value(eg: c_eVarX="content viewed") then will Adobe Audience Manger remove the user from the segment once user viewed content for 3 times or no.of times that value recorded in AA/AAM. Assume, there is an analytics implementation issue in the website due to that firing 2 analytics call with the same value instead of 1 analytics call when someone view the content. Thanks

Frequency setup behavior - After clearing Browser cookies

Hi, Just want to check how frequency setup will work once user clears the browser cookies. Let's say, if i set the frequency as 5 to limit the no.of times view user qualify for the segment based on analytics value. If user viewed 5 times, then user should drop out of the segment. When we have this setup "clear cookies every time when i close the browser".. How the frequency setup will work? Will it remove the remove the user after 5 times if we have profile merge rule setup as " Thanks

The solution is to go with the multiple Implement multiple Customer IDs. Reference link:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/id-service/using/reference/authenticated-state.html . We recently experienced the same issue and implemented the same and it works fine.
