Direct last touch channel with campaign attribution - Adobe Analytics 23-11-2020
We are seeing utm_campaign parameters related to paid campaigns in the drill down for visits from a last touch channel of direct. I read this post https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/marketing-channels-problem/qaq-p/307897 and made sure our direct channel was not set to override which it is not. Should we be seeing paid campaigns in Direct visits?

Re: How do I create fallout calculated metric? - Adobe Analytics 13-08-2020
So after I wrote this, cathartic I guess, I figured out what to do. Check this out, by creating segments for each step and including each successive step in each segment I was able to match counts. The segment for step 2 looks like this: Then by the 5th segment I have 5 page names. What's cool about this is I can set the segments to "Then Within" 1 visit, day, week etc.

How do I create fallout calculated metric? - Adobe Analytics 13-08-2020
The ultimate goal here is to show a table of 200 geographic business units with their fallout % at each step of the purchase process so we can look for anomalies. In a fallout chart I can add the business units and show the comparison in the chart but more than 10 at a time is too much. So how could i get it to something like this? The CSV export doesn't provide the columns & rows properly besides the fact that adding 200 BUs to the chart for export is not possible. Building a free form table do...

Re: Single rule in Launch for all page view metrics or se... - Adobe Analytics 23-04-2020
One other question. If we have to implement CCPA/GDPR opt-in/out code as a condition on the tags would I still want 1 general page view tag since I don't need Adobe Analytics to be wrapped by the privacy code, just Linked-In and Facebook and others like that.

Single rule in Launch for all page view metrics or separate rules for each tag that want page views? - Adobe Analytics 23-04-2020
What is best practice here? I have to report pageviews to LinkedIn, Facebook, MediaIQ, Adobe Analytics, etc. Do I use 1 "Global: Page Views" rule with all the vendors in the action section? or Separate rules for each, like Facebook: Page Views, LinkedIn: Page Views, etc? I would think 1 rule firing them all is more efficient but if I have to change one, like linked in, I'd have to republish it for all.

Create a segment to filter out false data - Adobe Analytics 30-03-2020
We have been seeing orders and revenue recorded in our Adobe Analytics production environment that were completed in a staging environment. The IT team thinks they have narrowed it down to a change in the DTM tag and is fixing it. But now I'd like to filter out any transactions in workspaces that came from these environments. The only idea I came up with was to use our Order ID variable as it seems all the erroneous transactions have an order ID of 5 digits instead of 6. Is there a way to say Or...

Import and include budget data in Adobe Analytics - Adobe Analytics 27-01-2020
We would like to see budget numbers for things like revenue that are forecasted by our financial team in Adobe to see how well we are doing YoY and against budget. These budget items are only specific to a monthly total and broken out by customer types. I would think there would be a way to import an excel sheet with a month/year column and a revenue column to map to a "Budget Revenue" metric?

Re: Direct vs Natural Last Touch discrepancy - Adobe Analytics 28-08-2019
Paid Search Detection is set to Search engine = any with all the following rules. direct is not set to override last-touch asking our developers about the PWA, will edit this once I hear back.

Re: Direct vs Natural Last Touch discrepancy - Adobe Analytics 23-08-2019
This is interesting and hard to tell if there is an issue because the majority of our traffic is from chrome or safari, so you'll see both have a divergence in the last touch channel.Browser Type = AppleBrowser Type = GoogleAlso unique visitors vs visits doesn't show a significant divergence

Thank you for the reply. I'm pretty sure the rules are defaulted so no problem displaying here. And here is the last touch report in numbers by dayand by week
