christophert87757717 Yes passing the custom parameter would require
that you call the targetpageparams() function through DTM/Launch or on
the page. If you don't have the option to do that I am afraid that the
above suggested approach won't be applicable to you.
Thanks for replying Mihnea,However I think there may be a bit of a
misunderstanding. When we mention the Tri-state area, we are referring
to the NY Metropolitan Area. The NY Metropolitan Area is a region that
is composed of certain cities, & counties of each state that are tied
socioeconomically. Please see the image below.As Shruthi N mentioned,
the only possible solution we can observe right now would be to include
every municipality and city, or zipcode within the metropolitan area.

mbox as they scroll a certain amount down the page and use that as a
metric . You could also leverage A4T in your target activity as
