Re: Is there a way to have waves prioritize certain recip... - Adobe Campaign 26-02-2020
The throttling is for a specific campaign. Different campaigns will have different throttling numbers (some none at all). This is to prevent our contact centers from becoming flooded with calls after sending out emails.

Re: Is there a way to have waves prioritize certain recip... - Adobe Campaign 26-02-2020
I tried using a capacity typology rule to throttle sends per hour, but was unsuccessful. That is why waves were being used. What would be the proper approach towards implementing a throttling solution? Also I was able to get the query working as you described. But is there a way to set recipient priority in a continuous delivery?

Is there a way to have waves prioritize certain recipients? - Adobe Campaign 25-02-2020
Hello,I have a campaign workflow that is scheduled to send a delivery every weekday. I am utilizing waves within the delivery to throttle the number of sends per hour. At the end of the validity period, any remaining deliveries need to be carried over to the next weekday. Is there a way to prioritize these carry-over deliveries during the next cycle of the workflow? I am trying to create a FIFO solution for deliveries that have waves and do NOT throw away deliveries that exceed the wave/daily cap...

Re: Getting custom fonts to render in email deliveries - Adobe Campaign 29-01-2020
Just for a backup plan if we are unable to get CORS enabled, is storing the font type files into our Adobe Campaign server an option? If so how would we go about doing that and then referencing them in our delivery templates?

It looks like CORS is not enabled, getting this response when pasting the URL into the Remote URL field

I don't believe I have any control over that. However, when I follow the font's url it downloads the font file, so I don't believe its an access issue if that is what you mean.

Getting custom fonts to render in email deliveries - Adobe Campaign 29-01-2020
Hello, I am trying to utilize custom fonts within our email templates/deliveries. However, the custom font is not displaying properly within the ACC client inside the preview, as well as the actual email send. I have the CSS within the email html within a element inside the <head> section, and using the @Font-face rule. The src:url is referencing a public url.example:@Font-face {font-family: 'myFont';src: url('https://font_url_omitted.net/myFont.eot');font-weight: normal;font-style: normal;mso-font-alt: 'Arial';} Are there known issues with doing this method for email deliveries? I also have the font files (eot, woff, woff2, ttf) themselves, but am unsure where and how to store them within the adobe server and/or client, and how to reference them within the delivery template. Thanks in advance,Kevin<head> section, and using the @Font-face rule.
