Hello, If you stopped the delivery and it fell outside of the retention date, then the log history would have been purged. In that case, there is no way to recover this data other than performing a database restore. You can configure the history retention from within the properties. Hello, It is not uncommon to see immediate opens or clicks on emails due to anti-virus programs that scan and click on the emails as soon as they come in. These scanners can also cause multiple clicks and opens within a short timeframe as well, so you may see that in the logs as well. Regards,Craig

Hi Prachi, I believe the API can handle this. That said, 6.1.1 is no longer supported as of March 29th, 2022, so it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of Campaign if you want to proceed as Support and R&D would be unable to assist in troubleshooting if you hit any snags while attempting to implement this in 6.1.1. Hi Santiago, There are numerous causes for this type of error. The most common occurs when a user attempts to view a mirror page that has expired. That said, in some older versions of Campaign (before 9122) there was a bug that caused the same problem, and this error can occur if there are bad header information or configuration issues. I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support, as this will likely take a bit of digging to isolate the exact root cause of the problem. Regards,Craig

Hi Keerth, Unfortunately, the act of keeping interim results creates temporary tables. These tables cannot be dropped unless the interim results have been removed from the workflow and the Database Cleanup workflow is able to drop them. Additionally, please note that documented best practices warn against using this in production for this very reason. Hello Robert, There are two areas that would impact the tracking activity and the storage. For your first question: You need to set the validity limit of your delivery resources. This is what determines whether or not a tracking URL will still report back after being opened or clicked. By default, it is set to 60 days but can easily be configured per delivery prior to sending.
