Hi Thibault, Typically when we see this it occurs with a hybrid architecture. I don't know if this is what you have, but if you do then can you check your technical workflows for the Mid-Sourcing workflows. There should be one for "Logs" and one for "Counters". If these workflows are not running then they won't pull the proper status of the delivery or the logs back from the Mid even though the delivery itself has been sent out.In addition, since the tracking workflow is a separate workflow you'...

Hi Karen,No worries at all. Your MX/Domain management can matter with bounces though that is typically in regards to a message being throttled or being queued up as the max amount of messages per-hour for a specific domain gets hit.That said, these configurations are typically custom and configured during the application implementation process, either by an Adobe Deliverability consultant or by our clients so they tend to vary a bit. Hi Kirti,With the Navtree folders it's a physical deletion versus a logical one. This means that if you take a look at the xtk:folders schema you won't see any @isDeleted field or anything that allows the folder to only be marked as deleted and recovered.That means when you accidentally deleted the folder it was completed wiped from the database. You are correct Ramon, there are upcoming improvements to the reports process in 19.2. Your stage environments should be updated this week and Production should be updated between May 20th and June 3rd. I'd recommend testing the reporting once your environments are updated and reach back out to Campaign Support if any issues persist.Regards,Craig

Hi Suraj, Craig from Adobe Campaign here. From what I'm seeing on my end, it looks like this functionality is in the works and is pretty close to release but is not yet a part of the application. Once part of the product, you should have the ability via a specific workflow activity to make an outbound call.Regards,Craig
