Hello Ofattah, Since these are all Oracle errors I would recommend doing a web search on the errors themselves. I just ran a search for each error and found several articles noting the possible causes and fixes. Hi Federico, You may be able to extend the workflow schema and create a specific field that notes individual workflow activities contained in a workflow. That said, as I have not seen this implemented before, I cannot tell you how exactly to do this or if there will be any significant performance impact. Regards,Craig

Hi Luca, If you don't see it in the import package section of Campaign then I would reach out to the Campaign Support team to confirm whether your specific version of V7 has access to AMP as AMP was in beta till late last year. It is quite possible that you need to upgrade to a newer V7 instance to have access to it. Regards,Craig

Hi Sengsiong, My apologies, I was in Campaign Classic mode when replying. Things are slightly different in ACS. You want the Reason of "Refused" from your screenshot above, the failure type should be a "hard" bounce, and the message should contain "inbound e-mail bounce."

Hi Luca, Do you have the Marketing Analytics module package installed with your Campaign instance? If you have not purchased the package then you may have limited read-only access to some out of the box cubes but will not be able to create or edit any. Hi Luca, I can't say that I am seeing any reports of that particular script error in Campaign. I would recommend clearing your local cache to start, and ensuring that your console and application are on the same builds. If the issue persists, I would reach out to Campaign Support as this type of error can occur for a number of reasons. Regards,Craig

Hello Shaohong, Looking internally, I have not seen any other client's report any issues with the latest release regarding CPU spikes. I would recommend opening a ticket with Campaign Support with exactly what you are seeing, any server info, the prior build version, and if possible any performance benchmarks prior to the upgrade.
