Transactional Message - Fields in Preview/Test Msg coming up 'Undefined' holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hello, I'm trying to use personalization in the Transactional Msg template. I've define my fields in the Event. I then try to use the fields in the Transactional Msg, but they come back as 'undefined' in the Preview. When I try to use Postman and populate the fields in the ctx, the fields still return as 'undefined' Also - I set my @orderDate field as String in my Event, but when I populate the field as '10/01/2020' I get the following error: Date '10/01/2020' Invalid character at position 5 ('1...

Re: Simple Aggregate Count holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
I figured it out. I found a post in Experience League that guided me through it. However, this needs to be mentioned in Adobe documentation: "Problem with aggregate function in ACS"https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/problem-with-aggregate-function-in-acs/qaq-p/264206 The process outlined in Experience League, is not what Adobe documentation has outlined in creating aggregates; following ACS documentation will return errors.

Simple Aggregate Count holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
I am BEYOND frustrated with ACS. All I want to do is pull the @domain from my recipient table and provide a count. I'm pulling a query, adding the @domain as Additional Date. I'm then running the Query into an Enrichment and when I try to take an Aggregate, I get the same message - "Must be GROUP BY". HELLO! This function does not exist in the tool. Can someone please help me.

Re: Adobe I/O - Creating Access Token (3rd Party Vendor) holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
@mmbb110 We found a solution. There is some JavaScript we found in the documentation that our vendor will use (https://www.adobe.io/authentication/auth-methods.html#!AdobeDocs/adobeio-auth/master/JWT/JWT.md#creating-a-json-web-token). From the documentation - he recreated the Public and Private Key. I then added the Public Key to the program I created in Adobe I/O Console. I provided him with the POST Request Header info (API Key, JWT Token, Org ID, etc) and he has been able to use the script to...

Re: Adobe I/O - Creating Access Token (3rd Party Vendor) holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
Yes I was. Unfortunately - having issue with the 3rd party in getting them to understand how to implement the process. They are trying to use the Java Script process outline in some documentation I found, and they're getting an Error Response Code while generating the access token with the JWT token: {"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"invalid client_id parameter"}. Trying to work with them to walk through the process again, as I believe they aren't using the correct information in th...

Adobe I/O - Creating Access Token (3rd Party Vendor) holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hello, I have a situation where a 3rd Party Vendor is in charge of my clients Website. I set up an Order Confirmation and Password Reset Event for Transactional Messaging in ACS. The 3rd party vendor will be providing the data identified in the Event that populates the ctx. Here's what I've done so far 1) I create a project in Adobe I/O to generate a JWT Token. I understand this token is to be used in order to generate the Access Token2) I was able to create and test the Events/Transactional Mes...

Format Date - ACS - need YYYYMMDD holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hello, I create an automation where a Scheduler attached to an END activity, that has 3 variables I've identified, and would kick off an External Signal in another workflow. The External signal goes right into a Transfer File activity and here's where I need help. The Transfer File will download a file located in an external SFTP. The filename contains a date field in it. I tried the following - $(vars/@FilePath)+$(vars/@FileMask)+Year(GetDate())+Month(GetDate())+Day(GetDate())+'.'+$(vars/@File_...

JSON Object in Adobe Campaign Standard holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
All, I've been asked by my client to create Object as part of the Event for a Trigger. When I tried to create it under Collection, the API preview shows that it's a List (Array) vs Object. Craig - I'm trying to do the "reverse direction". I've done this already. They supplied me with a Public Key and I've whitelisted the IP. I believe support loaded the Public Key in the EA and not the Private Key.

External Account vs FileZilla holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hello, I've been going round and round with this, and I believe my answer is that ACS External Accounts does not have the capabilty that FileZilla has to Fetch a file. I've been trying to set up the External Account to work like FileZilla (using SSH Key authentication) - however, I believe the issue is that I need to load the Private Key in the set-up and only the Public Key is allowed. Can someone confirm that External Accounts does not have the capability for me set it up like FileZilla? Meani...

External Account - SSH Key (File download from an External vendors SFTP) holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hello, I'm trying to set up an External Account where I would access an outside vendor's FTP to pick up files they post daily. The vendor says they would need OUR Public Key for them to load on their end in order for us to access their server. Can someone clarify the process for me?Step 1) Contact Adobe Support and have them create a Public and Private SSH Key for me. (FYI - Adobe is hosting our instance) Step 2) Provide the 3rd party vendor the Public KeyStep 3) Set up the External Account poin...

Purge a List using JavaScript holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello, I need to purge a list through JS code. I understand I can do this in the workflow, but I need this done in JS since the list I need to delete is part of a Journey. My client will be dropping a list (Follow-up list) to load later in the Journey - but really no set date on when they will load it. So I have the workflow set to check daily if the list is empty or has been loaded. If empty, workflow resets to check the next day. If populated - then workflow will run as normal. Unfortunately, ...

Create a *zip Files in workflow holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello, Have you ever had to create a zip file in ACC that would contain multiple *.csv/*.txt files. A client (who's currently getting migrated from SFMC to Adobe) runs Exports weekly and creates seven (7) *.csv files. These files are then zipped into one file (ex: Client_Email_Send_2020_03_26.zip) I found some information online, and have already reached out to Adobe Support to see if I have have the necessary utilities installed on the server. https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-cla...

Re: Adobe Classic to AEM - Email Content holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Classic
Thanks for the response. So based on what I'm reading - it appears that if you have assets and content already built in Campaign, you can't really link them/move them to AEM. You essentially have to build everything in AEM...am I correct in making this statement?

Re: ACS - Subscription Landing Page - Do Not Submit until required Checkbox is complete holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
I've opened a support ticket in regards to this bug.I too performed a few test and even went so far to create the LP again with only the checkbox, and still received the same outcome: I can submit the form with the checkbox being checked.

ACS - Subscription Landing Page - Do Not Submit until required Checkbox is complete holmes74338504 - Adobe Campaign Standard
I've created a Subscription Landing Page where I've added a checkbox that requires Terms and Conditions and Privacy Terms are agreed upon. This is marked as mandatory in the HTML. However - when testing the LP, I'm able to submit the form without checking the checkbox. I've tried manipulating the Source Code to disable the 'Sign up' and not have it available until the checkbox has been checked, but this code always appear and over-rides the disable: onClick="return NL_landingPage_submit('next')"...
