  • Thank you for your reply. I think you may be correct about ActiveX. I tried the other suggestions about opening Reader first, then LiveCycle, but to no avail.I'll just have to publish the form from time to time to see how it looks.Dale

  • Niall,Thank you for your response. I tried opening Reader first, and also checked Preferences. The Preview PDF is still grayed out. The only way I can see what the form is going to look like is if I publish it. Not a terrible problem, but obviously a hassle.Dale Reynolds
