Hello everyone! Hoping to ask for some help with something we are
experiencing. We started noticing that a high percentage of our emails
are being delivered as text. Currently, in the "delivery" section of
properties we have "use recipient preferences" selected. It seems
unusual that a high number of people would suddenly have changed their
mail setting to "text only". Has anyone else experienced this, and if
so, any ideas on how we might resolve this? Thanks in advance for your
