Different Websites in one Report Suite: How to segment data, to just get User Acvtivity tracked for one Website - Adobe Analytics 12-02-2021
Hey guys, i have an inspiring question for you experts and wanted to ask you whether it makes sense to contact Adobe about this: I am concerned with the sense or nonsense of Virtual Report Suite or segments. Example: You are implemented on two different websites (website A and website B) with Adobe and all data flow into one report suite. Both websites have different articles that are recorded using the "Article" dimension. I'm creating a segment for a VRS that just tracks everything that happen...

Adobe Analytics Flow and Sequential Segmentation - Adobe Analytics 28-01-2021
Hey guys, i am struggling a little bit with the Flow Viszualization and the building of these segments of this Flow. Let me start with my first question: 1. What does the number of Path Views saying? In which way it is depending on the Flow Container? Because what irritates me, is the description of the Flow Cointainer. Becaues if i select "visit" the container description says, that the flow show me the number of visits. So does this mean, that "/index" was the Entry Page in 33,208,554 Visits o...

Publishing Segment from Analytics to Audience Manager - Adobe Audience Manager 03-12-2020
Hey guys, can someone tell me connection between analytics and the audience manager by publishing/sharing segments from analytics to the audience manager? The lookback period in analytics by publishing segments is maximum 120 days. I have shared this segment from Analytics to the Audience Manager. Now i can see this segment in the audience manager. But in the audience manager i can also see, the experation is automatically set for 16 days, but why? I want to collect as many users as possible, th...

Re: "Days since last visit" with (hit) segment - Adobe Analytics 23-10-2020
Ok, here's what I'm thinking: Totally i would have 1 Unique Visitor and 4 Visits. But if I now add the hit segment in reporting (page = content marketing), I should only see row 2 and 4. That would be 2 visits for me. Is that what you mean? It is not clear to me whether my segment only filters out visits that relate to the segment. Which in this case would be 2 visits for the segment.Thank you very much for your help.

Re: "Days since last visit" with (hit) segment - Adobe Analytics 21-10-2020
i think, what irritates me completely, is that i am thinking my created segment is the data base in this case which filters the data which i want to view. So in my thoughts just that data of my segment is included. So where does the other visits come from, which are not part of my created hit segment?

Re: "Days since last visit" with (hit) segment - Adobe Analytics 21-10-2020
so the metric defines the scope level? this would be new for me. because then i do not understand, why i am using a hit segment, if the metric defines the scope level. So the hit- segment defines, that i just want to take look at specific hits and with the unique visitors metric i tell adobe, tell me all of this unique visitor, who has met the criteria of the hit segment?

Re: "Days since last visit" with (hit) segment - Adobe Analytics 21-10-2020
And what do i have to do, if i just want to see the days since last visit just for the segment defintion respectively just for the pages defined in the segment? Is this possible at all?

Re: "Days since last visit" with (hit) segment - Adobe Analytics 19-10-2020
Hey, thank you for your feedback! What irritates me, is the fact that the "Days since last visit"-Segements are hit-based in this visualization. So i do not get, how Adobe can look to the visit, if these segments for "Days since last visit" are hit-based.
