Thanks for your update, however the fields that are getting this error on my form are standard fields as per my figures below.As you can notice I have also turned off the validation script message as well. The only option I am left with after checking no code was left over in XML that would cause this, would be to change the form level validation settings to not give the warning message box at all on the page, which affects any other validations I would like to work.

I am also interested in getting an answer to this. I have placed my error which is similar on a new post recently and stumbled across similar posts with no resolution on a relatively simple error.

Here is the form error - you need to select NS Financials first for script to enable the mandatory fields. When you try to enter data into the field it will give the message that Validation failed. Not sure if this is a settting on the field or related to the script.
