I found a way to do it but it's very manual and can only be done per email delivery. Select all and then print. You'll get a dialogue box that gives the option to save as a pdf. You'll see the heat map for the entire email in there. Ideally Adobe Campaign Standard enables an easy mass pull of these in the future.

The question is relating to targetData from the workflow (e.g. segment code), not Profile data.Example - create a target audience, use the Segment activity to filter audience into 3 different segment codes, then use this targetData to personalise a banner in an email/push.There is no way to preview this as you can't currently enter test targetData.This use case is not covered by substitution of address functionality.

My understanding is that ACS has no embedded poll function (other than faking a poll that, upon clicked, sends the user to a landing page). We are starting to work with Live Clicker which does have embeddable polls (depending on the user's email client), as does their competitor Movable Ink.

Calculated Opt-In Rate

ACS does not provide its users with opt-in rate for any channel, nor with overlapped opt-in rate to see what % of users are opted-in to which channels. In order to get opt-in rate, you must run custom workflows and figure it out yourself. This is perhaps the #1 data point needed to understand your email / push / etc list, and I think ACS should calculate it for us out of the box.

There is no dashboard where I can permanently save KPIs that are important to me, have the data always accessible to me, have visualization charts to show me trends in that data, and be able to change the time period when I look at it.
