Re: Identifying & dropping orphan temp tables - Adobe Campaign 26-09-2021
Hello,One thing I've found quite easy is to do it this way:1- create a filter on a workflow view identify all finished workflow with attribute memo (xml data) containing the string keepResult="true"In each workflow, disable the "keep result of the interim population" option and then start & stop the workflow:each time you'll start the workflow it will refresh its context with the keepResult="false" and it will delete all worktables when you'll stop it (this is the runWF process that is asking th...

Re: Workflow in started state and Delivery in "Pending de... - Adobe Campaign 21-06-2021
Hi @wALF ,All the recipients are in sent state. In our testing we found that the delivery was in "enable but do not execute" state while the wf was ran and when the delivery had extraction file approval also. So the client used to run the wf by keeping this delivery in "enable but do not execute" state and run till the previous activity of delivery, to see the count and then they remove the pause of the delivery. After this the wf goes to pause state as the delivery is in "enable but do not exec...

Anyone on ACC v7, build 9182? - Adobe Campaign 12-10-2020
Hiya folks, We're fully hosted and just upgraded to the latest "RC" build 9182 and was wondering if any of y'all have it too. We've already had 2-3 observations which we have reported with Support and are awaiting their response, a) Accessing heatmap crashes the client console almost every time, especially when you choose a date different than today's.b) Active Profiles doesn't show up on the Control Panel. The tech workflows that feed to it also fail frequently citing a SQL failure reasons.c) W...

Re: Low open rates on microsoft, outlook domains? - Adobe Campaign 01-07-2020
Hi @wALF - you can look into using some essential tools, like Litmus and Validity (ReturnPath) to track your structure and deliverability. Litmus will help you check different client renderings plus give you lots of advice on the structure of your emails and make suggestions on how to improve these.ReturnPath allows you to send your emails to their seed lists to monitor how your emails are delivered and for some ESPs which folder your emails end up in. It will also tell you the % of emails that ...

Re: Question on Load balancing in Adobe Campaign Classic - Adobe Campaign 30-06-2020
Hi Prasanna, I have no knowledge of the ACC architecture but we were kinda struggling to understand our architecture too. The only difference is that we are completely hosted and so it's a complete black-box for us. We know we are on the Linux + TomCat + Postgres stack. We have 1 instance URL (specified in the client console login screen) but I think that links/corresponds to 1 of the 4 servers we have. We know a little bit about the different components (web, mta, wfserver etc) but don't know h...

Re: Limiting records for test runs - Adobe Campaign 25-02-2020
Hi Jon & Craig, Totally agree that we need a pre-prod region and that no testing/build activity should be performed on Prod. But that's how we are, without a pre-prod region. Given the situation we're in (and in general, for all other customers too), don't you think having the ability to limit records flowing from 1 box to the other, be helpful? As for saving the interim results, trust me, we have always encouraged users to not make use of this but end users are end users 🙂 -wALF
