There is a high chance that there is some JS breaking. Can you check your Developer Tool's console for any JS errors ?

How are you doing the same ? Could you share the screen shots ?

Can you share the screenshot of the Settings and Transport Tab ? Ideally it should give Unauthorized  . Not sure why it is giving this error.
