This question was a long while ago but for others who come looking. I've found that you can simply clear your cache and it fixes this issue when you are trying to access folders within explorer view and keep getting the error. IMPORTANT:Please note that this will clear your configurations views within folders such as the delivery log and Profiles & Targets. This can be a bit annoying but is for your instance only. This will probably take you a few minutes to reconfigure.Hope this helps. It worke...

Thanks @Ishan for the explanation. I did follow your steps but no luck. Instead of going via import work-flow route, I manually inserted new entry in nmsbroadlogmsg table with mailbox full error against soft bounce event code, based on msgId, inserted similar kind of record in nmsbroadlogrcp with other details like success / failure and deliveryID. Now my expectation was in the background Adobe's job would insert the related entries in nmsdeliverylogstats but that wasn't the case, as a result UI...

You may have already received an answer on this but most of the clients never consume WhatsApp business API directly.
