Hi Jon, All IPs were whitelisted, config were done like the description of the initial question in this forum and here is what I came up with:"Error while querying the database"No other message is displayed so I dont know if it is the leadid, remoteID, or anything else that is causing the issue.Any Ideas Jon?Regards

Dear Menno, I had done what you mentioned and it worked like a charm, except for the PhoneCall.To and PhoneCall.From. These fields seems to work in another particular way. Hi, I do particulary have almost the same issue but with more detail, please take a lookWith the credentials I can connect to the MS Dynamics and do evertrhing I want, but with the CRM connector no.I also have a dynamics trial and I can connect there via CRM connector. So I really believe there is something wrong at Dynamics side.Any clue
