Inside Master Area , the OOTB template is not available due to
restrictions via allowed parents. Another campaign page needs to be
created using Campaign template. So the correct sequence is :-Sites >
Campaigns > > Master Area > Campaign > Select and then
create a page, and choose Adobe Campaign Email (AC 6.1) Adobe Campaign

I have created experiences for different audiences and it is working
fine preview mode of the author. I have published the page and targeted
content is not appearing in the publisher instances and remaining other
parts of the page is showing up properly.I have added the rules to
dispatcher as below and still it is not showing up in publisher

Ideally the deny everything rule should work. Below is a sample
filters.any which works fine to deny access to any request to /system/*.

If everything works fine with admin account and not with the user's
account then it's likely an ACL issue.Could you check if the user has
read access to /libs, /etc, /conf, /var and other nodes required by the
project and appropriate write access as well?Check the ACL on nodes of
content pages and workflow models and in-progress workflows as well.

This issue is fixed. Re Installing of the Service pack fixed the issue.
