Issue with Integrating Adobe Launch via Adobe IO in AEM 6.5 - Adobe Experience Manager 04-03-2020

Hi, We are integrating AEM 6.5 with Adobe launch via Adobe IO and we have followed the procedure mentioned here :https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/aem_launch_adobeio_integration.html: but I don't see the library load and the Launch tags are not firing as well. I have checked IMS Configuration Health and it was a successful connection All I see is " Adobe Cloud ID object Error" Any ideas appreciated? Thanks,Ganesh

Hi Vikram,Thanks for the response, I did follow the same steps, This is working now after I added Adobe Launch service in the Adobe I/O integration which was missed previously, We have already been using Adobe Launch form several months, we are doing this now as part of upgrade from AEM6.3 to AEM6.5 Now I have the Launch Library loading on two sites but not the main site out of the three sites with common code we have, I see an error "Adobe Cloud ID object Error" in the console Any ideas? Thanks...

Hi @shunnar , thanks for the replyBut that doesn't happen , when a user is added in Active Directory, he doesn't get in to AEM unless I go and sync manually in JMX (invoke syncAllExternalUsers()) .This is the Default Sync Handler configuration we have in place Please let me know if anything in the configuration has to be updated?Thanks,Ganesh

Hi,We have AEM LDAP connected to Azure Active Directory and we realized that the new Users added in Azure AD under a specific Active Directory DN which is in sync to AEM via LDAP Sync Handler doesn't sync new Users to AEMDoes AEM LDAP configuration Synchronize newly added AD Users in to AEM Automatically ? or it just keeps track of existing Users? ContextHub ToolBar disappearing on Refresh in AEM6.3 - Adobe Experience Manager 07-11-2019

Hi,We are using Adobe Search & Promote to crawl our pages There is a search field on the page component which is including the top Navigation links as well in the Search crawling and giving results that are not expected, We are handling the crawl entry point to noindex which ideally should not crawl the navigation links text, Please let me know if there is a way to avoid the Top Navigation from the search scopeThanks,Ganesh
