Hi David, thanks for your answer. You are right, it looks like that. Our issue with the Email BCC/Archive option is, that we don't want the emails to be sent to the recipients - we just want the "MirrorPage" view. We want to link to it from the user's account. The setup all in all is a bit more complex, so we cannot really rely on sending the emails and then accessing the mirror page or archiving the emails during sendout. If anyone has another approach/solution, that would be much appreciated 🙂...

Hello everyone, your help would be much appreciated to achieve the following requirements:- In the end we would like to generate HTML files (one per recipient) and export them to a SFTP server. The HTML files shall be generated based upon a certain delivery template, but should include the recipient's individual information (variables from the workflow / targetData).- No email/delivery shall be sent, so we cannot use the MirrorPage function. We already thought about "fake" sending the emails to o...

Hello everyone, after having encountered a bounce issue with a german ISP, we took a look at the delivery logs to see if the issue has been resolved. We noticed a behaviour that we cannot make any sense of: This recipient received a couple of emails from 07/30/2020 to 10/04/2020. The last email has been sent on 10/04/2020 05:57:07 AM.What we don't understand is why the delivery started on 09/19/2020 (first line on the screenshot) has been modified in the delivery logs on 10/06/2020 - which is 17 d...

Hello everyone,I've got a specific question regarding Message Center in Adobe Campaign Classic. One of our customers would like to restrict the sending of emails through Message Center on his Stage/Sandbox environment. No matter what email is used in an API call to the Message Center, the outgoing emails shall all be sent to a specific inbox (e.g. sandbox-test@company.com). Can anyone think of a way to achieve this? Maybe setup a typology rule that overwrites the target email address of the init...
