Statistics by OS, Device, Browser and Domain for a whole year RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys, I know there is a report Open tracking which shows the statistics for OS, Device, Browser and email Domain, but it doesn't work when I pick several deliveries. Is there an option, through a Query, to get this information for a whole year? Regards,Raúl

Exclude recipients schema from Recipient Delivery Log schema + Recipient tracking Log schema RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys, I created an exclusion from Recipient Delivery Log schema vs Recipient tracking Log schema from several deliveries to get the "No Openers". Now I have received a list that was uploaded into Recipients schema and I need to exclude this list to the No Openers result. I have tried Change dimension or Enrichment to find a workaround but either I get errors or the exclusion throws 0 results. Do you guys know how to solve it? Regards,Raúl

Build email extracting a pdf from SFTP RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys, I have to send several emails to our customers, each email has it's own database (csv file from SFTP) and it's own attachment (pdf from SFTP). I know how to automatically extract the CSV file to prepare the segmentation and send the emails on a workflow, but is there a way to extract the PDF from the SFTP and attach it to the html before sending it automatically? Thanks! Regards,Raúl

Create a timestamp after a field is updated RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys, It is possible to insert a date (in a new field) once a recipient's field is updated, for instance, the blacklist field? So we can check when a user opted-in or opted-out? Thank you! Regards,Raúl

Use REGEX to filter emails RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys,I was reading that ACC understands REGEX using LIKE operator. So I used @email LIKE '^[A-Za-z]+[A-Za-z0-9\._-]+@[A-Za-z0-9\.-]+\.[A-Za-z]{2,5}[\.]*$'to filter all emails that matches the REGEX expression, however it its returning 0 results. Is this the correct way to use it or am I missing something?Thank you!- Raúl

Re: Adobe Campaign Classic - Data Extraction RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi Dusan,There is not a date field for that. I think you must extend your recipients schema so you can store the opt-out date and any other needed field.-Raúl

GDPR - Audit fields changes RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys,Due ACC doesn't track changes (old value vs new value) of recipient's fields, it is necessary to implement an audit tracking system so it stores every change or at least the last change on a specific field? For instance, I want to track the date+time and the campaign where a user opted-out from a campaign. So basically is to create something like a trigger that is activated each time the blacklist field has changed. Is that possible or are there any GDPR features in campaign?Regards,Raúl

Re: Send random delivery between two options to single user RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi Anita,Thanks for your response. I will always have one record on the flow, but I want the system to send the delivery randomly, I mean, sometimes send the A and other times the B, but never both. The set up that I posted is always picking the A option since my segment is always 1 record.Regards,Raúl

Send random delivery between two options to single user RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys,I have this WF that is triggered by a query that reads a schema and sends the delivery. The point is that I have two deliveries (A and B) and I want that to send the A or B randomly. Since there is only 1 person by send, I don't know how to use the Split activity since it is based on segment and my segment is always 1. So this set is not working:Do you have any idea how to workaround this please?Regards,Raúl

Re: JS to return schema? RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi Jon,So you mean that I have to delete the records that doesn't match with the criteria from the "temp" result, right? That will only affect the temp results or it will delete it from the actual schema?Thank you!-Raúl

Re: Pressure rule for 2 emails per week RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi Marcel,Thank you that was a very detailed explanation. But I have a question, why aren't you using a pressure rule, weren't those made for that? and maybe using them will avoid the fact to create "custom" queries to match the required scenario? Regards,Raúl

Re: Pressure rule for 2 emails per week RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi Kapil,I have created the rule and added it to a Typology. But how can I set it so it evaluates the week from Monday to Sunday? So if the max numero of deliveries is two in a week, that checks only from last Monday to next Sunday (if there are scheduled deliveries).Regards,Raúl

Pressure rule for 2 emails per week RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
I'm trying to understand how to set up the pressure rule so the system will allow to send only 2 emails per week. But I don't understand how to set the period so the week starts at Sunday and ends on Saturday, so that is the only period of time to check the past or scheduled deliveries. Also I want to trigger this rule only in certain deliveries, I know I can control this by the Scheduling option of each delivery. If I set it blank the rule won't be triggered, right? Thanks!Regards,Raúl

Nurturing Workflow RaulOcana - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hi guys,I've been creating a nurturing workflow, the idea is that this WF will be triggered each 15 minutes and will do a query then send an email, wait for 3 days, then send the second email, wait for 5 days and finally send a last email. After that a last query will check for Openers and No Openers and add those to a list.I have 2 questions.1. Due the WF runs every 15 minutes, but it sets recipients on a wait activity, will it queue them or will it restart the whole wf and therefore it will ne...
