Yes, I can not see the "KeyStore Management dialog" on my AEM 6.3 Instance (in User setting). I got the page (similar with your uploaded Screenshot ) so that I could create Keystore password. But after that I wanted to upload the pfx file; however, I did not get the next " Keystore Management dialogue". I actually used Admin user and also service user accounts. Thanks and appreciated
