Re: AEM Designer - end of life? - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 11-04-2019
So, if I may restate your answer:No, AEM (CQ) All Capabilities 6.3" does NOT include AEM Designer 6.3AEM(All), however, includes Sites, Forms, communities etc and the EOL applies to complete suite. Designer being one subset of Forms onlyTherefore, core support for AEM Designer 6.3 DOES NOT end on 4/30/2020Please correct me if I am wrong.

Re: AEM Designer - end of life? - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 04-03-2019
Thanks, Mayak, but that doesn't really answer my question:"I looked at the end-of-life table and found something called "AEM (CQ) Forms" 6.0 and "AEM (CQ) All Capabilities" 6.1 - 6.4. Core support for 6.3 ends 4/30/2020. Is "AEM (CQ) All Capabilities 6.3" the same as AEM Designer 6.3"?

AEM Designer - end of life? - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 27-02-2019
We are looking at the future strategy for our forms (1400+ statewide use). They are currently developed in the desktop application AEM Designer 6.3. We do not use the full server Experience. I looked at the end-of-;life table and found something called "AEM (CQ) Forms" 6.0 and "AEM (CQ) All Capabilities" 6.1 - 6.4. Core support for 6.3 ends 4/30/2020. Is "AEM (CQ) All Capabilities 6.3" the same as AEM Designer 6.3? If so, is there something comparable - so, just for forms development, and not th...

Re: Custom screen reader text displaying as on-screen tool tip - Adobe LiveCycle 21-11-2017
Bump for an answer. I have the exact same questions:Can you suppress tooltips, even if there is custom screen reader text? Setting the preference to None also disables the custom screen reader text. The ever-present tooltips are quite annoying.

Option for PDF/A? - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-08-2017
Not on AEM yet, but am researching possibility for converting forms to PDF/A. What are my options? In previous years, went route of designing forms, printing to flat PDF, adding form fields. Much too cumbersome. Then went to ES3, where I still am.Thanks!

How do I set permissions for Shared Object Library? - Adobe LiveCycle 17-10-2016
We have a shared custom library. I want people to be able to use it, and maybe also to be able to add to it. However, we just lost a few things, so I unfortunately have to restrict the ability to delete from it. I see in the shared library .xml file that permissions is set to "adm". The options in Group Properties to define what is allowed are grayed out. How to I do what I want to do?

Re: LiveCycle Designer 11.0 - editable text fields can no longer be selected in design view - Adobe LiveCycle 29-09-2016
I have exactly the same problem, just appeared today. Am working in ES3, have worked in LiveCycle for 3 years. So bizarre._______________User error, of course: I had somehow (keyboard shortcut???) locked the fields:Go to Edit, Lock - deselect whatever it is you have locked.

Re: Datepicker and future dates - Adobe LiveCycle 13-07-2016
I found the answer myself:In the XML, I had to change the built-in “short” date pattern from:This could not be manipulated through the Object palette.
