When using the Email Designer in ACS, editing the preheader is a rather unintuitive task. Clicking 'just the right spot' between whatever structures you have in an email and the menu to the right to make the preheader field appear can be pretty tedious - especially since many of my colleagues use MS surface devices and the like (many 11" - 13" devices). I've encountered the exact same issue. The problem was a linebreak in the subject line after the actual text contents of the subject line - hence, it was not visible. It makes no sense to enable the ability to create line breaks if it ends up causing errors. The issue has occurred several times since then - and it has caused quite a lot of frustration among colleagues. It would be a huge relief to have just some kind of validation to avoid that kind of issues.

Hi thereI've been trying to use content blocks to define dynamic content in reply to address and name fields of a delivery - but with no luck. The delivery does not throw any errors upon testing / sending - it appears as having been send but with a bounce rate of 100%. Does anybody know if it actually is possible to use content blocks for reply addresses and names?I'm trying to achieve having different reply to addresses and names for the same email delivery depending on the recipient's profile ...
