I believe, we can create 2 different data sources(one for non-prod) and other one for Prod. If yes, how Data sources works in ...

  • Hi John,As you noticed, there are two ID syncs happening, Device ID sync with 20915 and Customer ID sync, which a cross-device data source created in your Audience Manager instance. In your scenario #3, if the CRM id is available, the CRM id sync should also fire, which means, you should see two ID ...

  • Hi Vijay,Interesting question. Since you are using device profile only to qualify for your segment, the segment population being high isn't surprising. Suppose you're qualifying into a segment based on pageview on your homepage. All your homepage visitors get qualified into it (all have MID also, si...

  • Hi Jignesh,Sorry for the delayed response on this. You can export user ids and traits/and or segments - you will have to reach out to your audience manager consultant for that as it can only be done in the backend. Secondly, it's possible that some "null", "undefined" or blank values were passed as ...

  • Hi Jignesh,To answer your first question - you can export the cross-device data source used while creating the profile merge rule and see the ids. It's possible that since wordpress uses universal referencing methods, id sync code may be capturing admin login id as well. Second, yes the authenticate...

  • Hi Glenn,You may want to try Adobe Audience Finder at the link below, here you can filter out data providers based on Countries, Industries & Mobile data. To verify if they have an ID sync in place though, you'll have to check each one.https://www.adobe-audience-finder.com/ Best,Harish
