Hi Pratheep, One query -- if I delete my workspace project and I have the URL of that particular report. Even after deleting the report I can access the workspace report using that URL. Do you have any idea, how long the report will be accessible using URL? Will it be accessible always ?

I just create 2 separate events:Form Completion EventFile Download EventEach triggered separately but since they are events I can then group users/visitors where event 1 or 2 or both are present. Create segments as needed to understand behaviours.Good Luck to you.

Hi Mooreevan,How activity map works is when a link is clicked the data is stored in a cookie (SQI) and then sent on the next load of AppMeasurement.So the data might be sent, but to the wrong report suite from which the link was clicked and could make it complicated to get accurate data on all of the pages.How you can test if Activity Map data is being sent would be the following steps-Go to URLOpen dev tools and have the network tab opened.Filter for b/ssClick a link View image request and here...

So I've sorted this all out.Regarding Problem #1, most of those people just had to work through the welcome email and that was that.Regarding Problem #2 of not having access to dimensions and metrics:Product Profiles that are granting access to dimensions and metrics NEED TO HAVE report suites built in to the same product profile.You cannot separate them into individual access profiles as I was attempting to do.
