I can't seem to get anyone to give me an ETA on when accounts that are part of the move will be back up and live (out since Friday August 24th). We never received even an email that this was taking place and not word back from our CMS.

Thanks Kerry. We have tried both and still get the error. We have 27 total users and so far many have already been able to migrate over using their Adobe ID or Cloud ID without an issue. Can I message you in private the info.

I'm currently receiving a "500 Internal Error" when trying to use my Creative Cloud ID to log into Experience Cloud in order to migrate current Analytics users over to the Experience Cloud. According to several posts I'm able to contact clientcare@adobe.com and have them map my ID. My question is I have an Adobe Analytics login as well as a Creative Cloud login. Which ID do I want them to map?

I've been running a simple pages report and applying the default bounce rate metric (Bounces / Entries) and for a given date range of 4/1/18 to 4/15/18 I got a 30% bounce rate when I ran the report on 4/17/18, however, the bounce rates keep changing when I ran the same dates 1, 2 even 3 weeks later. Can someone explain how a bounce rate can change 2-4% over the course of a month depending on when I run it yet I'm running the same date range.thanks
