  • I may be putting my foot in my mouth but I'd bet if you want AEC you have touse speex. I'm guessing the flash player AEC implementation is based on thespeex AEC unless they went out and licensed someone's AEC code for all flashplayer users. Anyone know if that's true?-Eric

  • Looks like it doesn't use the standard microphone   You have to do a var enhancedMicrophone:Microphone = Microphone.getEnhancedMicrophone(); instead.   So are you guys going to gift us with an updated LCCS library tomorrow -Eric

  • Wasn't there a problem for a little while with the OSX 10.6.5 update, andflash recognizing i-sight cameras? I know I got bit by that during a systemdemo where my mac camera didn't work with LCCS. Here's one of many articlesabout it:http://www.unixweblog.com/2010/12/solutions-to-the-mac-isight-came...

  • Pretty sure he means that flash player itself does not support mp3 encoding. So you couldn't take audio into flash player, encode it to mp3 and thensend it somewhere to be decoded. We ran into this when we wanted to record mp3 messages for our application.
