Can you please check and add some logs when AEM forms is loaded? (I think) All requests will go through the custom class, may be debugging through this class when the forms page is loaded might give some insight Thanks

Adaptive form container configuration - Adobe Experience Manager 14-08-2019

I am creating a form using Forms in AEM and trying to configure the Form container component to set the Submission Action to "Send PDF via email". However, when I choose the Form Container and click on the tool icon (the screw spanner) I get nothing. The configuration panel is completely empty and none of the sections (Basic, Auto-save, Submission, etc) shows up. What do I miss?
