As of now there is no such option on the UI which can show which user changed the setting in the Target tool, however you can restrict this by granting the Approver level access only to the users who should have the authority to modify these settings on Target.Regards,Karan

Hi Veerendra,A4T is currently not available with AP activities so there isn't a way to send the activity reporting data into analytics by default. You can leverage the legacy integration to send the data to analytics. The drawback of this approach is that it is a client side integration and is not supported any longer by Adobe and there are things that might not work as expected.ThanksRaag
