can i hide the submit button(green check mark) that appears on the task card when a user saves a form in their draft folder? i know we have an option "Must open the form to complete task" when configure assign task operation, but it seems only works if the process is already started, when a user start a new process, and he save the form in draft folder, he still can complete the form by clicking the green check mark to complete the form without opening the form.for example, user A start the proc...

I've got a process which works fine, but when I open it in process designer, the line/links are not arranged correctly. It's strange that if I drag on the service icon, then the line/link will be rearranged nicely, then I save it and close the process, when I open the process again the line/links become mess again not display in the correct position. Is there anything I can do, so that the lines can be saved correctly. Actually, the process is working corectly even those line seems broken in proc...

I am trying to modify an existing process (name it proc1) to become searchable, wht I do is just to mark some of the process variables to become searchable, but then the tracking tab stop working. Then I create an new application and copy the proc1 over, and deploy it (name it proc2). The problem I am having is User A shared his queue with User B, but when User A claimed a task from group, the task is in User A's queue, it seems User B can't see it from the shared queue. As User A shared his queue with User B, I think User B should see it from the shared queue. What can I do to make User B see the claimed task from the shared queue. Thanks.

I have set up shared queue for user A and user B, so they can see each other user's to do list. It works well when tasks assigned to users directly. E.g. a task assigned to user A and user B can see it from user A's shared queue. But if a task assigned to a group and user A claimed it and now the task is on user A's to do list. In this case, user B cannot see and claim the task from user A's shared queue. Why user B cannot see the claimed task from user A's list if the task is claimed from a gro...

I am writing a custom component for searching tasks, I've added search filters to the search like: filter.addCondition("procVar.CompanyName", Operator.EQUALS, companyName, Connective.AND);when there is exact match, the search results are correct, however, when there is no match for the filters, the search returns all tasks, it seems never return null or no result.how to return no results if there is no match for the criteria?

Hi, I've created a custom componet to retrieve task information, I use TaskSearchFilter to search the tasks, but how can I sort the task list?I know there is filter.addSortDesc(String) and filter.addSortAsc(String), but I am not sure what to put if I want to sort by task id or completion date.I tried to put addSortDesc("TaskId") or addSortDesc("Id") but it seems not working. Is there any docs/reference available for the list of attributes I can sort by?thanks
