I have cleared all the local cache and still the issue persists.
Moreover, the problem is that, am able to login to the console, but it
is prompting for login in the dashboard of every campaigns. Below is the
screenshot of the issue:
I have logged into Adobe Campaign through Citrix. But after login, when
i try to open the campaigns, it is prompting to login again. The same
repeats even if i try to access any of the programs or campaigns in the
environment. What might be the issue and how can it be resolved?
There is a link to one of the rating site where the customers can rate a
particular company by clicking the link. The customers don't need to log
on or insert any personal data. We need this exact same feature in
Adobe(send out e-mails). We are lacking a unique link that can be used
in Adobe like the present functionality. This can only be possible if we
set up an API call as it is already the present case. Please help me in
proceeding with this how can it be done.
