Our workaround was to create a couple of temporary prompt reports, one
for projects and one for users. At least that helps from an admin
standpoint and can be shared to the users if needed.
I don't believe there's currently a way to turn off the initial email
unless that box is unchecked. Could you use the delegation feature
instead of including them on the proof? When that team member goes out
of office they would delegate proofs to the backup for a specified time.
I believe you're seeing the statuses that are coming from Setup -
Project Preferences - Statuses and then choose the task tab and put in
the team you are looking for in the upper right corner - it will default
to system statuses.
I was able to get a resolution from support - when you open the image in
Workfront, they right click on the image preview and open in a new tab
and then use that as the link address. Randy - thank you for the help
suggestion!
You can do a combo proof and add multiple files and it will zip them
together. I don't know if this works for images but we use PDF files. It
may work for what you're describing.
That is the only one I could get to display and you're right it did
expire. I can't get the one that's in the sharing screen to work. It
gives that error right away.
Has anyone used images on custom forms? I have a JPEG image that is
loaded into Workfront and shared publicly. I used the link that is in
the sharing screen on the custom form and it is giving me the error
"Please enter valid link". Any ideas on what could be causing this? I
even tried linking from a shared copy on our google drive but getting
the same error.
