This error disappeared when we changed to the drivers ojdbc6.jar
provided by Adobe along with the bundle. We were using the one that are
available local to the system(default from oracle). I shall post more
information if I see any other occurance.Hope this is helpful.
We are seeing this issue when we want to upgrade from ES(8.2.1) to ES2 -
OutofPlace upgrade.DB is been refreshed from ES and migrated to 11gr2,

We had any fix for this? We are facing same problem. We did tried to
rebuild as suggested in 3, but we have end up in different issue. Any
leads to solve this issue is much appreciated.
We have test environment in running state for the past months, developer
complained something is not usual, when tried to review if any new

This issue resolved during the same time below blog is posted. We worked
with Support on below issue and same resolved above IOR inaccessible
issue, hope this helps
