Hi a) do you keep one dedicated IP address per affinity? - Not necessarily, it depends on how many you have requested/is included in your contract. Hi a) Are the SQL deadlocks the cause and reason for Dual email send - The customer appears in the query only once. - Deadlocks usually happen at DB level, the workflow / delivery should be stuck if that happens or possibly delayed. Well, usually when the instance is set , how the time zone was defined then takes the precedence and adjusts according to the daylight saving time. I would suggest to go through the timezone management techdoc to understand how you may check and validate the default settings. Hi David Can you share the error that you are getting using above sample?If you are running this in a workflow (good idea for testing) you can activate the workflow property to log SQL queries in the journal to see where exactly it is failing.Additionally, I see schema selected is xtkschema="lw:gospelCurriculumTmpTbl" .
