No I don't.It all depends on your Operating system.If you're using Windowns then double click the SSL cert and install it from there, Its quite self-explanetory, the only concern you need to have it to be sure to put the Root-CA in the right place (authorized root CAs).

I'm not proficient with data connections, so I'm not really able to help you.I usually do this by script alone.

Then probably the SSL cert isn't being accepted by your Reader / Acrobat.Have you tried to manually import the whole chain of certs into your OS's keystore?

AFAIK you can only bind one value per field.This means that you cannot import the list of values directly to a combobox.What I usually do is: 1 - create a hidden field 2 - in my XML i send a CSV type string to that field 3 - in the initialize event I put some code to read the hidden field and load the values to the bombobox.ex:field: form1.aux.field1XmlInitialize comobo code

I made a little example with 2 textboxes and a combobox.The form is like this:The result is:Whenever you change the selected value in the combo it will get the new value instead of the old.Note that only the combo needs to bind the change event in order to get the new value.Hope this helps.

Use 'this.boundItem(xfa.event.newText)' instead of this.rawValue and you'll get the new value instead of the old.

Reader is very picky with SSL certs.In case of doubt install your CA cert and all the certs in the cert chain manually in the OS keystore.Just one question, can you access the WSDL in a browser?

I know this is kind of late, but you could just uyse HTTPS (SSL) in your App Server that has Livecycle installed.

There are 2 orientations possible, top-bottom and western something (left-right). You have to choose one of these 2 and then align your object acordingly.Use the margin and padding properties to align your objects.

The only way I was able to get this working was to copy/past the Element definition into the original WSDL file and import my WSDL instead of the "live" one.

AFAIK Acrobat Extended features does not include the "invoke webservices" extension. for that you really need LC: Reader Extensions.You could D/L a trial version and email adobe support for a RE certificate (its required in order for RE to work).I don't see any workaround for this.

Use the old way, this is, create a regular button and on the click event use something like this:var oDoc = event.target;oDoc.mailDoc({bUI: true,cTo: "aa@bb.cc",cCC: "11@22.33",cSubject: "TEXT " + field.rawValue + " more text",cMsg: "PDF IN ATTACH."});

That was not my question.In order to save data i have to apply the form_fill_in extension i know.But i'm using form variables, that allow me to save text values without them being in the DOM tree.This works, but i can only get this to work if i apply the import/export extension and i don't belive this is the most correct way to go.

Hi,I'm using a form that uses form variables to save some infomation about the previous action performed in the document.It works fine, but in order for this information to be saved on the PDF (if the PDF is closed) and then available when it is opened again i have to have the import / export extension on the form.Is there any other way to do this?

You either use multiple print commands (has showed by the previous posters) or you create visible print only "copies" of the pages you want to print twice in your form. This does the trick but requeries a bit of work and will make your PDF bigger (disk size).

If the PDF is opened in browser it won't close by script, it will give an error, also, if your PDF is not interactive or the Reader has Javascript turned off it won't close either.

If you want to insert pages, then you should do something like this (after filling in all the form data the end user wants): - flatten PDF (Output ES) - insert pages (Acrobat) - Sign & Certify (Acrobat)If all you want is to attach files you don't need to flat your PDF and can go right to Signing your PDF with Acrobat.If you users don't have Acrobat then you'll need Reader Extensions (to enable the PDF to be signed) and Digital Signatures (to add digital signature fields to the PDF IF and only IF...

There are lots of ways, Paul presented the best of them.What you want to do isn't near the standard signed document workflow.Non-repudiation and changes apart, a Digital Signature represents a sign of acceptance of the content of the document. You not only want to change that content was well was the layout and visual of the document by appending / inserting new PDF.Even if you could get it to work, in a few months/years, when someone tried to validate todays documents, chances are, they won't b...

To flatten a PDF is to transform a interactive PDF into a non-interactive PDF.If, in your process, after you've inserted all the information you wanted in your form, you transform your Interactive PDF in a flat PDF you'll be able to insert and extract pages in Adobe Pro (or other versions).This operation existes in the Output ES module.
